2018 MAOTeen Competition Night 2 Award Winners Announced

MISS NEW HAMPSHIRE’S OUTSTANDING TEEN
WIN PRELIMINARY AWARDS AT
THE 2018 MISS AMERICA’S OUTSTANDING TEEN COMPETITION
Orlando, Florida, July 25, 2018 – Miss New Hampshire’s Outstanding Teen, Morgane Grace Vigroux was named Wednesday night’s preliminary Talent winner for her vocal performance of “California Dreamin” during the second night of the 2018 Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Competition at the Linda Chapin Theater in Orlando. Morgane will receive a $500 scholarship.
Also in the spotlight was Miss Texas’ Outstanding Teen, London Hibbs, who won the preliminary Evening Wear/On-Stage Question award. London will also receive a $500 scholarship.
The Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization is one of the nation’s leading achievement programs and will make available more than $102,500 in cash scholarships in 2018. The Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization encourages positive achievement by helping to nurture and build the scholastic achievement, creative accomplishment, healthy living and community involvement of our nation’s youth. MAOTeen provides educational scholarships for deserving young people and has developed mentoring programs and community-based initiatives. The Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization has a long standing relationship with Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Through this partnership, the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Organization raises over $450,000 annually to help improve the lives of children across the country.
